Session Description: The Wyoming Department of Education has created the Leadership in Personalized and Digital Learning (LPDL) cohort. This session will inform attendees on what the cohort is currently doing as well as plans for personalized and digital learning in the future.

The curriculum has five major topics:
  1. Knowing Your Why and Developing Your Vision
  2. Culture and Change Management
  3. Shifting Teaching and Learning
  4. Human Capacity and Professional Learning
  5. Systems for Transforming to Personalized and Digital Learning

Session Outcomes: Upon completion of this session, attendees will be able to:
1. implement personalized and blended learning,
2. have best practices for creating and implementing a blended learning environment in their schools/district
3. learn how to be involved in the LPDL cohort in the future
