How might we leverage Professional Learning Communities to Drive PL?

Session Description: This session will be a design thinking discussion around how might we develop Professional Learning Communities to drive Personalized Learning  especially around Targeted Instruction, Data Driven Decision Making, Flexible content and Tools, and Student Reflection and Ownership.  Participants will be divided into small groups to using a PLC format to discuss each of these areas then formulate an action plan on how they might redesign their Professional Learning Communities in making sure these four areas an aspect of their agendas.  The groups will then do a two minute share out of their thoughts and plans which will be shared with the rest of the group.  

Session Outcomes: Upon completion of this session, attendees will be able to:
